Ground-up construction and work inside occupied buildings are two different jobs. We do both — and on either one, most commercial electrical problems aren't technical, they're timing. We tell you early when something won't make the date.
Ground-up construction
Complete electrical for new commercial buildings — underground, service and distribution, rough-in, trim and final inspection, on the GC's schedule.
Service & distribution
Panels, feeders, subpanels and service upgrades for existing buildings, including capacity work ahead of a new tenant load.
Lighting retrofits
LED conversions, occupancy sensors and photocells, parking lot and exterior lighting. Done after hours when the space can't go dark.
Tenant fit-outs
Full electrical for build-outs and turnovers — power, lighting, data rough-in and final trim, coordinated with the GC's schedule.

than a job site
Production doesn't stop because an electrician needs access. Industrial work means planning around shutdown windows, getting equipment back online on schedule, and understanding that an hour of downtime costs more than the repair. We handle the installation side and coordinate with your programmer or integrator when a system needs one.

An unrestricted license means no ceiling. High voltage distribution through to low voltage instrumentation and signal.
Intermittent faults on production equipment, where the expensive part is the downtime and not the repair. If it turns out to be a programming issue, we'll tell you and help bring in the right person.
