MPK Solutions is an electrical contractor based in Madison, Georgia. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and how long we keep it. Last updated 8 September 2026.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site. We do not require an account and we do not track you across other websites.
When you use our contact form or our budget estimator, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The town you are in, and a street address if you give us one
- Anything you write in the message or notes box
- The answers you give in the estimator, and the estimate range it showed you
- The date and time you submitted, your IP address, and your browser type
The IP address and browser type are recorded automatically by the form software. We use them to identify spam submissions, not to profile you.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to quote work, and to reach you about a job. That is all. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with marketing companies.
Who else sees it
- Our email provider, Microsoft, which delivers the message to us
- Our website host, which stores the submission in the website database
- Akismet, an anti-spam service operated by Automattic, which checks form submissions for spam. It receives what you submitted, including your IP address and email address, in order to score it
How long we keep it
One year from the date you contact us, after which form submissions are deleted. If you become a customer, records relating to actual work are kept separately under our normal business records, not under this policy.
Cookies
This site runs on WordPress, which sets a small number of functional cookies needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
Estimates are not quotes
The budget estimator on this site produces a planning range, not a quote and not a contract. Pricing is confirmed only after MPK Solutions reviews the actual site conditions. Submitting the estimator does not create an agreement between us.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dusty@mpks.us or call 678-873-6385 and we will take care of it.
